Domestic Orders

We can only process retail orders through this website  or by phone (don't keep retail store)  with a valid US shipping address. After placing the order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you use for loggin in to your account. When the shipment is created the system will automatically email you the tracking information so that you can track your shipment.

Retail orders require around 24 to 72 hours processing.

If you didn’t receive your tracking information, please log in to your account and click on Order History. You can find your order status next to the order number. “Processing” means we are working on filling and shipping your order as fast as we can, and appreciate your patience. “Shipped” or “Completed” that your package is already on its way.

We have a real time shipping calculator tool available on our webstore, which calculates precise time and cost estimates for every unique order. The price of shipping depends on the weight, dimensions and the distance of delivery address of your package. After providing the Billing and Shipping address, the system will provide you 4 shipping options with different prices and services either by USPS Priority, or UPS services.

  • Additional sales Tax will be calculated and added to all NY Shipments at Checkout.
  • Our shipping prices are only valid within the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. Territories. If your shipping address is a PO Box, your purchase MUST BE shipped via USPS Priority – no exceptions.


Distributor Orders require around 24 to 96 hours processing and filling time. Your understanding and patience is appreciated.

 

On average, shipments take from 1 to 5 days to be delivered, depending on the type of shipping you choose. All orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday; we do not ship over the weekends or on Federal Holidays.

International Shipping


If you are an international buyer please check our Authorized Distributor list; hopefully you will find one in your country.

Canadian Customers: If you are shipping to Canada, we can place and order for you, but you are responsible for paying the Canadian duties & taxes. Please check with your country's requirements before purchasing. You can place your order by phone or email sales@killersilver.com. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We only offer international freight shipments for our International Authorized Distributors.

Freight

When purchasing larger quantity items that are designated as freight shipments only, please contact us first for a shipping quote – preferably before purchasing – since it may affect your decision to purchase. When requesting a freight shipment quote, please include your address, whether or not you are a business, and whether you will require a lift gate or inside delivery. If you have any questions concerning freight shipment, please feel free to ask. In order to be eligible for any freight shipments, the total ship weight must be at least 150lbs./75kg.
Will-call is available for those arranging their own freight carriers. Since we are predominantly an online store, there will be a nominal handling fee for all will-calls. Please contact us for the exact amount.

Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, please take clear photos before and after opening your package to document the extent of the damage. The claim will require pictures of different angles of the box/crate before opening, and the damaged product(s) after opening. Email us immediately with your order number, which can be found on the top of your invoice, along with the images and we will begin the claim process.
